The Conference & Training Centre is a modern building with a central location giving easy access to West Ealing town centre.

The ICT Suite has 12 computer terminals. It includes software packages to support learners with dyslexia, visual and hearing impairments.

The light sensory room has coloured lights and a light curtain that plays music when touched. The dark sensory room contains fibre optic and ultraviolet lights. Both rooms can be used to calm children down.

Lunch time catering is available Monday - Sunday by arrangement. There are 4 choices of menu costing between £5 and £10 per person. There is also a hot drink and biscuit option at 85p per person and vending machines for snacks and drinks at other times.
