Back to top Accessing Youth Programmes

There are strict qualifying criteria for the Youth Programmes. The Transition to High School Project is for children who have been identified as being at risk of exclusion or who are likely to have difficulties in the transition from primary to high school.

The Youth Inclusion Programmes are for children between 11 and 16 years old who have a Statement of Special Educational Needs and who are on School Action or School Action Plus. For further details see the Youth Programmes page.
