The Services section is divided into services for parents/carers and services for schools - see Support for Parents/Carers and Support for Schools in the sub-menu on the left.
Parents/carers can also find detailed information about SEN and the statutory processes in the Special Educational Needs section.
We run a disagreement resolution and mediation service for disagreements relating to SEN which may be used by parents/carers, schools and the LA. This therefore appears on a separate page in the sub-menu on the left.
