Accessing Services
The diagram below shows the referral process for the Parent Partnership services. A text description appears underneath.

- Step 1: Enquiry
Person makes enquiry by telephone or e-mail, or makes a walk-in enquiry at the centre.
- Step 2: Initial Contact
An initial contact referral form is completed with the enquirer's contact details and the
initial enquiry.
The form is passed to relevant staff to contact the enquirer and arrange a meeting if appropriate.
- Step 3: Refer to Advisor or Administrator
Appointment made at office, home, school or Local Authority as appropriate.
- Step 4: Meeting with Advisor / Information Provided / Not Within Remit
Meeting with Advisor - information, advice and support given at meeting. Feedback registered.
Information Provided - information sent or given immediately if possible.
Not Within Remit - if enquiry is not within parent partnership remit enquirer is signposted
to appropriate agency where possible.
